 International Delivery Procedure

In light of the ongoing global economic challenges and the fluctuating USD to Taka currency exchange rates, the delivery costs for shipments from Bangladesh to international destinations have experienced significant increases and have become notably unpredictable. To ensure the best possible delivery rates for our valued customers, we have implemented a temporary, alternative process. The revised international delivery procedure is outlined below:

1. Customers are encouraged to initiate contact with us directly through our official channels on Facebook, Instagram, or via email to initiate an order.

2. Customers provide their complete shipping address for accurate delivery cost assessment.

3. We then assess the current delivery rates from various shipping companies and provide a customized quotation to the customer.

4. Upon acceptance of the quotation, we issue a comprehensive invoice to the customer, enabling payment options through credit card or Bkash.

5. Once the payment is successfully made, we proceed to dispatch the product for timely delivery to our customers.

This revised process has been implemented to adapt to the dynamic economic conditions, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Terms & Conditions

All our global shipments are managed exclusively through DHL Express. We adhere strictly to DHL's rules and regulations for shipping terms and conditions. Customers can

conveniently track their shipments using the DHL Tracking system with the provided tracking number in the email. The DHL Tracking Link is accessible for easy monitoring.

Shipping rates are subject to variation based on the destination and weight of the shipment. Customers will be able to view the shipping cost during the purchase process.

For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipment costs, including sending back the product and covering the expenses for the delivery of the replacement product. Unfortunately, due to current restrictions imposed by the Bangladesh Bank, we are unable to process refunds for payments at this time. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Customs

Shipments from our warehouses are unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country if applied. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Azyea cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.
