Cancellation

We regret to inform you that currently, we do not have a cancellation policy in place. Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly, and cancellations are not accommodated. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders before confirming the purchase.

Return and Refund

We take product quality seriously. In the event that you receive a defective item, we gladly accept returns. Please notify us of the issue, and we will guide you through the return process. Upon receiving the defective product, a refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. However, other than that no return option is available. Therefore, please double check your order before confirming it.

Exchange Policy

For sizing concerns, we understand the importance of a perfect fit. Therefore, we offer an exchange policy within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the size doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

  • Clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are provided only for the product; delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • The refund time frame is not guaranteed but is expected to be completed within 7-10 days. Refunds are initiated once we receive the product back for quality checks.
  • Refund processing may extend beyond the stated time frame due to unforeseen complications with our delivery partners.
  • A deduction of TK.100 is applied to refunds for returns of every product originally delivered through free standard delivery.
  • Refunds are exclusively processed through Bkash in Bangladesh; no refunds are processed through banks, Nagad, or any other method.
